Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out bookkeeping tasks, which encompass activities like invoicing,
monitoring accounts receivable, and tracking the budget.
  • Maintaining various office files, including job-related files, vendor files, and
other files pertinent to the company\'s operations.
  • Supervising the upkeep of office facilities.
  • Executing additional relevant tasks as required.
  • Undertaking ad hoc duties/projects as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration.
  • Display a willingness to learn and a proactive approach to work.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in a range of computer software applications,
specifically the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).
  • Show comfort in handling confidential information.
  • Exhibit strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to
prioritize tasks effectively.
