What\xe2\x80\x99s the job? The Administrative Executive will:
support the Human Resource Manager in the full spectrum of HR functions (recruitment, on-boarding, administration, compensation and benefits, training and employee relations).
provide administrative support to the Hotel operations team.
Your day to day Human Resource
Place internal and external advertisements using various job boards portals on a timely basis
Support interview arrangement and reference checks
Ensure timely and accurate update of employee details into the HR system
Manage HR administration such as personnel files, contracts, letters, uniform fitting, application, renewal and cancellation of work passes
Manage employee benefit administration (i.e. medical and dental)
Ensure colleagues and managers are aware of HR policies and procedures
Work with Heads of Department on employees\xe2\x80\x99 probationary assessments and confirmation
Prepare letters for confirmation, promotion, transfer, acceptance of resignation and employment certificate
Support exit interview arrangements
Prepare month end reports such as expenses, headcount report
Assist to drive welfare and recreation activities for the colleagues
Ensure regular updates of Employee Heart of House
Maintenance of Employee Personal Files
Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Operations
Provide administrative support to operations team in a broad range of operational activities such as coordinating office communications, planning colleague roster, procuring, checking of invoices for payment, etc.
What we need from you
Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources
At least 2 years of working experience in a generalist HR position or operations position. Fresh degree graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in using Timesoft will be an advantage.
Team player and excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
Excellent ability to interact with guests, colleagues and external parties
