What the role is:You will play an integral part in influencing the HDB heartland shops landscape - ensuring our shops can continue to provide convenient and affordable goods and services to nearby residents, and foster a sense of community and belonging.What you will be working on:You will join a team to manage the policy, research, statistics and financial accounting records of HDB\'s shops and social-communal facility assets. Your responsibilities include: a) Managing and reporting on financial and accounting information of HDB\'s commercial and social-communal facility assets. b) Updating our Financial Procurement System, rent calculations, budgeting and administrative records. c) Knowledge management via updating our policy, research, and statistical databases. d) Generating monthly and quarterly management reports. e) Generating and upkeeping statistics to support policy reviews. f) General administrative duties and support.What we are looking for:
