We are a Japanese law firm established in Singapore since 2012. We have a diverse group of lawyers and supporting staff. The intern will support the Administration team and will be able to gain first hand experience in office administration. We are looking for an intern to start with us from 1 January 2026 for minimum 3 months to 6 months stint.
Maintaining office facilities in good order
Shipping and receiving of mails/couriers.
Receiving/greeting of guests
Answering incoming phone lines
Support office activities as requested (teambuilding, meetings, etc.)
Support Secretary team as requested
Assist and cover Admin Department duties during individual absences.
General Administrative duties as assigned by the Office Manager from time to time.
Requirements:
Pursuing Degree or Post Degree from Singapore Institute of Higher Learning
Those transitioning from Diploma to NS/NS to higher education is welcomed
Must be able to work legally in Singapore.
Courses from Business, HR & Admin, Accounting and etc.
No experience required, training provided
Detail oriented / organize / interactive / positive behavior
Excellence in MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
* Good command of both spoken and written English
