Coordinate local and international shipments, including booking transport, preparing delivery orders, and tracking deliveries.
Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and customers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any shipment issues or discrepancies.
Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation (e.g., invocies, packing lists, airway bills, bills of lading).
Maintain accurate records of all shipments, inventory levels, and logistics-related documentation.
Assist in monitoring stock movement and inventory replenishment
Support the logistics team in planning delivery routes and optimizing transport costs.
Administrative Support
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence relatd to logistics and office operations.
Assist with procurement of office supplies and coordination with vendors.
Manage office maintenance matters (e.g., liaising with service providers for repairs or supplies).
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination or administrative support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of logistics operations, import/export documentation, or inventory systems is an advantage.
Good organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
