Our client is an MNC in warehousing and transportationPosition SummaryThis position is responsible for guiding a team of logistic associates in the provision of operational functions such as customer service, trucking coordination and documentation.Assist the Supervisor operations in the daily office activities and communications to customersMonday - Friday, 8.30 am - 6 pmLocation: BenoiSalary: up to $3600 monthPrimary Responsibilities

• Guide a team of coordinators associates to provide administrative support to Operations.

• HandIe order processing, prepare and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans and expenses

• Assist in the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the movement of cargo.

• Perform tracking and tracing functions

• Liaise closely with external parties to ensure shipments are expedited.

• Correspondence and liaison with customers and to attend to their enquiries.

• HandIe any other ad-hoc / administrative duties.

Requirements:This position requires minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics industry.

• Minimum 'O' levels or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration
• Working knowledge of the following logistics operations areas - distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, materials management.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Good customer relationship management skills
