Job Description

The Administrative Executive will be responsible to the principal for all administrative details related to the day-to-day operations of the centre and provide customer care services to students and their parents training in school.

• Managing the school reception area
• Meet and greet parents, students, and visitors at the school
• Provide proper information about school fees and programs
• Manage students\' information
• Manage student absence & lateness procedures, including follow-up with parents
• Communicate with parents regularly on school activities, new programs and activities.
• Providing the communication link between parents and the coaches (eg. inform absentees)
• Providing administrative support for school events (eg. competition registration)
• Issue invoices, collect school fees, and issue receipts
• Purchase items from suppliers for capital expenditures, stationery, events, etc.
• Prepare Expenditure Requisition Forms and obtain price quotations from suppliers
• Responsible for email management (Check email on a daily basis)
• Responsible for proper storage of equipment and uniforms
• Perform general clerical duties
• Support operational workflow
• Handle and resolve parents complaint.
• Assist in supervising children when required.
• Assist in centres activities.
• Consolidate, maintain and update related databases/records/files to ensure information are up-to-date and accurate to support various internal and external audits.
• Manage social media account (reply to potential customer)
• Assist in taking photos during student training, to post on social media
