Restaurant administrators, often called restaurant managers, are in charge of the day-to-day operation of a restaurant. They make sure the place is operating smoothly, under budget and lawfully while doing their best to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business. Restaurant manager ensure that restaurants operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining their reputation and ethos. They must coordinate a variety of activities, whatever the size or type of the outlet. Manager are responsible for the business perfomance of their restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, and healthy and safety. Restaurant management combines strategic planning and daytoday management activities, such as shift pattern organisation. Dependin on the nature of the outlet, the role may have creative aspects, particularly in marketing and business development. As a key role within the hospitality industry, restaurant management can be fastpaced, highly demanding and ver rewarding.

• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
• Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
• Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
• Manage schedules and deadlines
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
• Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
• Must be able to work long hours
• Must be able to work in weekends and public holidays
• Must be able to read, write and speak Mandarin fluently
• Must be able to use computer software such as Word, Exce, PPT
• Must be a bachelor\'s degree holder
• Must be able to work with the team, lead the team to achieve targeted sales
• Must be able to communicate well with suppliers, to retain a good relationship with suppliers
• Must be able to manage all the complaints from customers, deals all types of complaints
