Job Description

The Administrative Manager is responsible for managing multi-centre facility and monitoring the day-to-day operations in the centre. He/She is the in-charge in motivating the centre team members in performing to excellence according to Compass Offices service standards standard, operating policies and processes while building up strong professional relationship with our clients. Furthermore, the Administrative Manager has to assist the Operations Manager in the country in management, people arrangement, guidance, motivation and training of the centre teams. This role will report to the Operations Manager and work closely together with the Sales team to maximize clients\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily operations of all centres and ensure service standards are met
  • Ensure the presentation of all centres, facilities and teams are in accordance with Compass Offices standards & policies
  • Supervise, train and motivate the centre team in client service excellence
  • Plan and conduct training programs for Client Services Team
  • Manage and handle client\'s complaints independently
  • Take charge of centres\xe2\x80\x99 payment collection and debt management
  • Coordinate with various departments on project management
  • Liaise with building management and vendors individually
  • Able to drive centre team\xe2\x80\x99s performance to achieve company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives and targets
  • Assist the Operations Manager in managing all ranges of operations affairs in the country to comply with local laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Experience in serviced office or hospitality industry is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 supervising role for a team of 10+
  • Solid experience in customer service, office administration and with strong knowledge of Microsoft office as well as IT / Telecoms
  • Customer-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Mature, proactive, detail-oriented and good team player
  • A strong decision maker in handling clients\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries and complaints in a prompt and precise manner
  • A leader with positive thinking in motivating and maintaining good team morale
  • Ability to multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks with a sense of urgency, detail-oriented and willing to learn
  • Excellent communication in written and spoken English
