Job Description


  • Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient and effective office management.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff
  • Manage office facilities and resources, including equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets for administrative expenses.
  • Maintain records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Handle employee-related administrative tasks, such as onboarding, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance administrative workflow.
  • Minimum a Diploma in Business or related field.
  • 2 years experiences
