AgriDOM Solutions Corp., the authority in agriculture precision technology and innovations in the Philippines is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Administrative Officer or Academy Administrator to join its growing Academy Department.AgriDOM in partnership with Da-Jiang Innovations (DJI), the top agricultural drone manufacturer in the world, has established the AgriDOM-DJI Academy - the first agricultural drone training academy for unmanned DJI aircraft in the Philippines.Also, AgriDOM in partnership with TESDA is the first to offer the Agricultural Drone Operation Level II certification course in the Philippines.As the Academy Administrator, you'll need to wear many different hats; the planner, the problem-solver, and the educator being a few of them. You should have the skills to communicate with various people, handle budgets and logistics, and keep all training programs running.If you're up to the task, and you're also committed to high-quality education and training programs, we'd like to meet you.Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for all employees, instructors, and students/trainees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
  • Build relationships and linkages with related government offices and other private and public educational institutions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, and other reports needed from the Academy.
  • Handles and facilitates the company needed licenses, certificates, and others.
  • Develops instructional materials, facilities learning activities, administers tests, and evaluates students' programs.
  • Implements classroom and facilities management.
  • Updates curriculum, and prepares training manuals and modules.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Update office policies and procedures as needed and ensure that it is implemented accordingly.
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails, and packages).
  • Arrange travel and accommodations.
  • Schedule in-house and external events.
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Education.
  • Preferably a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT).
  • Preferably a holder of a TESDA national certificate or equivalent in training/experience in the field of Technical-Vocational Education and Training is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience teaching in a Higher Educational Institution or a TVET Institution is a plus.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Education or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Willing to travel anywhere in the Philippines.
