Work Location: Buona Vista Monthly Salary: up to $2800 per month Contract Position Responsibilities: * Assist in the preparation and coordination of documents * Assist in the coordination pu Work Location: Buona Vista Monthly Salary: up to $2800 per month Contract Position Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and coordination of documents Assist in the coordination publicity features and marketing materials e.g., collation of media consent, interview questions, website, update of scholar's handbook etc. Coordination and minutes taking for meetings, scheduling of panel interviews and other ad hoc administrative matters Maintain proper tracking and update of the database (excel) Maintain electronic documents in P-files and Sharepoint Collation and management of feedback through survey Support the team in logistics for events Provide additional administrative and logistics support for the team as required Requirements: Minimum Diploma/ GCE A' level graduate At least 1 year of administrative support experience (with experience in record keeping, coordination and scheduling of meetings, as well as virtual event management) Proficient in MS Office suite (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook), Email, Internet, iPad/Tablet Ability to multi-task Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge in designing marketing / publicity materials and forms is an added advantage Interested candidates, kindly send in your resume to: [HIDDEN TEXT] We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified
