Responsibilities

  • Executive assistant to CEO
  • Responsible for all office administrative matters eg, customer invoicing, basic book-keeping, payroll, organize office events etc
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
  • Ensure company operations adhere to policies
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with the office / pantry inventory
Requirements
  • Degree / Diploma
  • Has initiative and able to work independently
  • Hardworking and willing to learn
  • IT savvy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic book-keeping skills (eg using Xero accounting software) is a plus
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role is a plus
