Job Purpose

The Administrative Officer in Fare System shall perform general administration work including Fare report generations, document management, data entries and other administration duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Timely generation of System Parameter Reporting from SEP / TABA system.
• Timely generation of Finance Reconciliation Reporting from SEP / TABA system.
• To generate other assigned report from internal Stakeholders from SEP / TABA system
• To support system management data entries requirement.
• To manage and update document management for Fare System. The list is not comprehensive and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• GCE \'A\' level / Diploma
• Experience with web-base interface reporting is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

Technical skills include:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• IT savvy with enterprise systems and digital systems are preferred.
• Training for LTA SEP / TABA reporting system will be provided.

Generic skills include:

• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Meticulous and able to work under stress and tight deadlines
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
