Provide general administrative support to the school's management, teachers and students on a daily basis
Handle phone and walk-in enquiries
Update staffs and students' daily attendance report
Attend to injured students who need first aid
Endorse students' insurance claims
Rotate with team to courier over items from to and from Admin Centre
Support and manage administrative duties such as foreign student pass application, verification requests
Collate the attendance for temperature taking and emergency/ haze-related exercises
Ensure fresh supplies of first aid items
Administrative duties such as handling of loan of items, student blue slips, lost and found items etc
Any other duties as may be assigned by the school
Job Requirements
Prior understanding of MOE systems is preferred
Able to work on rotating shifts to support school events
Average IT skills (Word and Excel)
Possess good written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous with a high level of accuracy
Possess clear, logical thinking and good organisation and planning skills
Good time management skills with ability to work independently on tight deadlines and under pressure
Good customer service skills with the ability to build appropriate professional yet friendly working relationships with staff and vendors
High integrity with the ability to demonstrate an understanding and respect for data confidentiality
Able to find solutions to problems with some degree of flexibility in the approach whenever possible
