What You'll Do:
Process and verify orders / customer requests / invoices, resolving discrepancies swiftly
Maintain and update critical data in Excel and our internal databases
Assist with projects, documentation, and day-to-day admin tasks
Coordinate with colleagues to gather information for precise record-keeping
Prepare and dispatch insurance documents and technical drawings to customers
Arrange meeting room setups
Manage customer orders and enquiries with professionalism and speed
Handle filing, scheduling, document prep, and incoming call
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles
Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Natural multitasker with strong verbal communication skills
Proactive, responsible, and accountable--you see tasks through to completion
Meticulous mindset that catches every detail
Collaborative spirit who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
