Key Responsibilities



Answer and direct phone calls Data entry & filing work, daily receive and sort mail

Issue purchase orders, record and keep track of delivery

Arrange for courier collection & delivery Order and keep record for stationery Keep track of rental equipment Other Ad-Hoc assignments

Requirements



Min. 'O' Levels / Diploma in any disciplines

Have a good working attitude and willing to learn

Meticulous, organized and process good communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Is a team player and has initiatives Willingness to work flexible schedule during peak period and able to meet tight timeline Proficient in Microsoft Office applications 5.5 days work week
