Job Title: Administrative Support (Procurement)
Work Location: Jurong East, Singapore
Job Type: 3 years contract
Job Summary
Provides support and ensure maintenance for various software/hardware license and maintenance contracts are renewed. Maintain and update the Software Licenses and Hardware maintenance teamsite for IM8 compliance.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor various software/hardware license and maintenance contract life cycle.
2. Maintain and ensure that the Software Licenses and Hardware maintenance team site is up-to-date.
3. Liaise with various vendors for budgetary quotation.
4. Prepare various procurement documents, e.g. Submit Request for Purchase in IT system, approval paper, tender specification, tender evaluation and tender recommendation for award.
5. Process e-invoice payment for the license and contract cost.
6. Assist in providing and extracting data for audit purposes.
7. Other duties as required by the corporation.
Job Requirements:
1. Prior experience in procurement process.
2. Knowledge on IT matters.
