Job Description


Requirement:.

  • Basic understanding of HR and Finance principles
  • Understanding of BCA / Construction industry
  • Computer literate, especially with Excel.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources, Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Only Singaporean
Job Responsibility:
  • Assisting with day to day operations of the HR and finance paperwork
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to management.
  • Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Review employee service periods in regards to Long Service Awards.
  • Create work period and absence allowances on HR system.
  • Ensure that all personal information is updated onto HR system as required.
  • Enrolment process for new employees.
  • Arrange for pre-employment medicals, obtaining required documents, enrolling employees into benefit schemes, and coordinating office logistics.
  • You will also take responsibility for the service termination process.
