- Working Hours: 5 days (M-F, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Oversee the operation of leasing software, ensuring its smooth functionality.
- Collect and enter data for lease abstracts meticulously.
- Collaborate with users to gather essential lease data.
- Extract data for the purpose of lease verification.
- Develop comprehensive lease reports.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Quick learner of software functionalities.
- Detail-oriented, careful, and thorough approach to data handling.
- Prior experience in lease administration is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including a professional demeanour in phone and email communications.
