Responsible for reviewing tracking list daily, ensure sufficient inventory and to communicate with stakeholders
Responsible for generating monthly consumption report
Maintain monthly stock count (opening/closing) list
Conduct regular stock inventory
Work closely with Senior Administrator and procurement
Work closely with Executive Housekeepers to ensure enough stock in circulation

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Certification
Minimum secondary school graduate
Experience
Minimum 1 year in a guest service / food and beverage management role, preferably in a hospitality organization
Competencies
Able to speak basic English
Language skills that include Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be seen as an advantage
