Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding
- Position Title: Warehouse Operations Executive / Warehouse Executive
- Working Location: Buroh Crescent (Transport provided at Jurong East MRT)
- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon-Fri 8.30 am-5.45 pm; Alternate Sat 8.30 am-12.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3,300 + Meal Allowance + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Perform warehouse operations duties in a third-party logistics warehouse.
- Coordinate with internal department and external customers to resolve inventory and logistics matters
- Control, update and maintain inventory records
- Lead, coordinate and conduct cycle counts, stock takes and physical inventory reconciliations
- Ensure efficient use of warehouse space, manpower and equipment
- Carry out operations activities according to SOPs and customers' requirements
- Conduct toolbox meeting
- Incident and accident investigation and preparation of investigation reports
- Ensure compliance with safety & warehouse SOPs according to internal safety procedures, ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18001
- Diploma holders in Logistics or Supply Chain or its equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in similar position.
- Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Preferable with forklift license.
