To perform the full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties, including invoicing, data entry, documents filling, overseeing of goods flow, etc. Efficient document management such as printing and filing of the documents.
Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
Meeting with clients virtually or on site during sales visits
(local and overseas customers), establishing new business, attending trade exhibitions / conferences and meetings, negotiating contracts and pricing.
Collects and reviews timekeeping information
issues paychecks that are complete and correct.
Assisting in A/R
Preparation of A/R aging list and updating HQ of payment status, informing customers of credit due date.
Assisting in A/P
Issuing cheques to suppliers/ vendors and making TT application for payments to overseas supplier for approval from HQ.
Ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Arranging itineraries for overseas guest, including booking of accommodations, restaurant bookings and making appointments with clients. and able to work immediately. prefer can write and speak Mandarin. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month Benefits:
