Admin/Ops Executive

• Location: Orchard
• Working days & time: Mon to Sat 9.30am to 8pm, Sun 9.30am to 7pm (6 days work week, off on weekday)
• Salary: $2800-$3200

Job description

• logistics/arranging of diamonds/inventory
• Excel spread sheets updates
• Ad hoc misc duties assigned by team leader
• Perform general office duties
• Ring Laser engraving duties (Training provided)
• Assist in store operations like client servicing repairs/collections
• Checking of diamond melees

Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Required to work on weekends
