Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Support and organize travel arrangements and visa applications
  • Assist and coordinate conferences, meetings, training events, on-site or off-site, as required
  • Maintain office supplies inventory
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors for general office maintenance
  • Support Management on business reports, expense reports, as assigned
  • Manage office data and maintain well-organized records
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Provide support on HSE matters
Requirements:
  • Preferably 3 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in handling a wide range of administrative support
  • Experience in travel planning
  • Proactive and independent with initiative to liaise with other departments and/or external sources
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
