We are seeking to hire admin assistant to support our team.
Note: candidates with construction knowledge background is an advantage.
Job requirements 1. Good Knowledge in ms office software and ability to communicate well thru phone or email with suppliers or clients. 2. Willing to carry out adhoc task assign for admins matters. 3. Ability to adapt and fit in a multi culture organisation.
Job responsibilities 1. To prepare for authority submission for signage works in website portal for licensing. 2. To make work pass applications and enrolment of courses for workers. 3. Renewal of vehicle road tax, insurances and arrange servicing of vehicles. 4. Preparation of Invoices and Delivery Orders. 5. Stock Record of incoming shipments.
We are looking for highly responsible, independent and motivated individuals. Guidance will be provided.
