Admission Counselor ( Sales)
- Working Location: 1 Marine Parade Central #06-07 Singapore 449408
- Working day and time: 9am - 6pm, off on Monday and Tuesday
- Salary: $2500 - $3500 basic + Allowance + Attractive Commission Package
We are expanding! We are looking for team members who have a passion for sales and excellent customer service. Job Highlights:
- Enrol new students through walk- ins, email, calls and marketing campaigns such as open house
- Provide prompt, relevant and accurate information regarding the programmes to the needs of the prospective parent and their child/children
- Accountable to follow up closely on all sales leads to achieve the sales target
- Attend and advise existing parents regarding matters concerning their child/childrens programme change, fee collection.
- Maintain positive relationships with all parents and their children at our centre
- Take ownership of assigned tasks within the team and programmes.
Requirements:
- GCE \'O / A Levels / Diploma qualification, preferably in the education industry
- 5 days work week (Including weekend)
- Experience with CRM, in sales and customer service
- Excellent spoken, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven and self-motivated, a team player
- Organised and independent
Product knowledge and customer system management training will be provided.
