Job Highlights:
Enrol new students through walk- ins, email, calls and marketing campaigns such as open house
Provide prompt, relevant and accurate information regarding the programmes to the needs of the prospective parent and their child/children
Accountable to follow up closely on all sales leads to achieve the sales target
Attend and advise existing parents regarding matters concerning their child/childrens programme change, fee collection.
Maintain positive relationships with all parents and their children at our centre
Take ownership of assigned tasks within the team and programmes.
Requirements:
GCE \'O / A Levels / Diploma qualification, preferably in the education industry
5 days work week (Including weekend)
Experience with CRM, in sales and customer service
Excellent spoken, written communication and interpersonal skills
Driven and self-motivated, a team player
Organised and independent
Immediate starter is preffered.
Product knowledge and customer system management training will be provided.
