A leading international school is seeking a dynamic, experienced Admissions Manager. In this job, you will be driving engagements with prospective parents, understanding their individual requirements to effectively deliver a personalised experience and convert them into applications. About the Admissions Manager Role:
Reporting to the Director of Admissions and Marketing, you will be playing a critical role in consulting prospective parents. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end pipeline process, from enquiry to application, building personal rapport with parents throughout the customer journey
  • Assess the needs and aspirations of prospective parents and students, understanding their educational goals and challenges
  • Provide personalised guidance and support to prospective families, showcasing the unique benefits and opportunities offered by the institution
  • Conduct individual and group tours of the school, acting as a point of contact for parent and student queries during post tour consultations, assisting them with the application process through to enrolment status
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective admissions strategies and campaigns to drive enrolment numbers
  • Act as brand ambassador for the school in attending internal an external events to expand the institution\'s network and reach
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in admissions and enrolment management
To succeed in this Admissions Manager position, you must have strong interpersonal skills, data driven-decision making, and the ability to provide personalised guidance to drive enrolment numbers. Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years of experience delivering consultative sales in a B2C environment (not necessarily in education)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with clients in a multicultural environment, provide personalised experiences and effectively manage multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
