Job Description

We are currently looking for an experience Advance Field Service Engineer to be based in Changi, Singapore. This role will be reporting to the Field Service Leader. This role is to provide Site services mainly for Honeywell Terminal Solutions within the PMC portfolio
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales technical support for PMC products, including presentations, onsite technical support and site surveys to establish viability of using PMC products
• Management of customer interface and project commercials for PMC projects and service
  Commissioning of PMC products and systems.
• On site, Remote & Telephonic within schedule and to end users\' specifications, of PMC products and systems:
• PMC Tank Gauging products including hardware and software
  PMC Fluid Loading/Blending/Injection/Calibration products
  PMC portable level / temperature Tank systems products
  Other peripheral PMC related products and Solutions
• Workshop repair and service of PMC products
• Technical training for end users on products and systems
• Produce technical documents on the use of PMC systems
• Develop and maintain engineering proficiency in the following areas of delivery for both commissioning and onsite service - PMC Products
• To attend training on SOM and ensure a safe workplace. Ensure that you comply with ISO 45001 & the new Honeywell global safety system.
• Delivery of services into our installed customer base. Maximise any business opportunities for additional services or project work on existing site
• Participate in Technical sessions program as a means to share key learnings on matters useful to the wider HPS team

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Instrument /Electrical Engineering or relevant qualification with experience
• 3 years of experience as field service on instruments in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Projects
• Exceptional problem-solving ability with the ability to work autonomously
• Customer focus with good communication skills
• Strong ability to work within cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions
• Proficient in the Windows 10 OS operating system environment, System Network Architecture comprises DCS system, PLC and field instruments.
• Knowledge of Web Server, active directory and basic networking skills desirable.
• Knowledge of audit standard ISO450001
