Our Client:
Our client is one of the top leading manufacturing companies with its headquarters in Japan. They are actively looking to hire a Field Service Engineer to join their team.
The Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise relating to installation, dismantling, transfer, repair or maintenance of any machine or equipment
• Verify recommended repair works for equipment and system failures are implemented
• Lead Root Cause analysis of equipment and system failures and malfunctions, and develop reports
• Commissioning or audit of equipment
• Comply with operational plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment and systems
• Work alongside co-workers to ensure compliance with the organizational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
• Monitor customer equipment performance indices and perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) with customer when required
• Complete reports, test sheets, engineers' reports, and other documentation in a clear concise manner
• Provide daily updates, including site reports when on service work
• Conduct duties in a safe and organized matter with high accountability
• Other ad hoc as and when required

The Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics/Electrical or relevant fields
• At least 3-7 years of experience from Semiconductor Industry or Precision Engineering Industry
• Initiative to identify and resolve technical issues
• Team player & meticulous and attention in details
• Positive attitude in customer servicing
• Good housekeeping practices
