- Lead Lean Manufacturing System Design Process
- Determine cycle times on machine based and labor based processes
- Determine headcount for budget and forecasting
- Drive high utilization for man, machine, and material
- Design efficient material movement and work in process handling
- Analyze plant equipment and floor space capacity and identify gaps and potential plans for improvement
- Design in ergonomics on all system workstations
- Product expereince for converters, inverters, motor drive modules
- Bachelor’s degree Industrial Engineering with 2-3 years similar experiences
- Experience in floor support Industrial Engineering
- Knowledge of assembly and other types of manufacturing processes
- High level of analytical abilities
- Ability to lead multi-disciplined teams through a project
- Ability to travel as required
- Auto Cad proficiency
