Job Description

Major FunctionThe Industrial Engineer shall be responsible in overseeing all activities and projects related to operations processes. Moreover, she/he shall also be responsible for measuring, monitoring, and presentation of operations productivity performances.He/She shall be assisting the encoder, traffic in-charge and warehouse supervisor in ensuring that all incoming and outgoing deliveries are properly executed. Ensure continuous improvement tools are being utilized for sustainable high operations performance. Gathering and Analyzing of operational data shall be made to contribute in the improvement projects.Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform productivity studies in order to quantify duration of a certain process.

2. Monitors and reviews existing and newly implemented procedures and conduct time and motion study for the new process and identify possible flaws during execution.3. Provide process analysis and suggests process for improvement.4. Identify and execute valuable projects that could contribute convenience to co-employees.5. Provide and implement new procedures that could simplify existing process and promote effective operational productivity.6. Draw feedback that could further enhance the operations.7. Develop Manuals for each department through documentation of Procedures, Policies, Flowcharts, s, and Forms.8. Monitoring of DIFOT.9. Ensures to capture all delivery misses.10. Responsible in validation of delivery rejections to customer relation officer (CRO).11. Assist and back-up Inbound, Inventory and Outbound in daily operations12. Responsible in reprinting of sales invoice.13. Back-ups traffic in-Charge and Encoder in daily operational activity14. Punctual and complete attendance on all company-required meetings, trainings and seminars involving trucking improvement projects.15. Zero incidence of failure to ensure 100% attendance on all trainings, seminars and orientation required and sponsored by the FSC management.16. Zero incidence of failure to ensure 100% attendance on all trainings, seminars and orientation required and sponsored by the Client.17. Zero incidence of failure to represent FSC on any business gatherings/occasion sponsored by the client and/or principal related to business growth and improvements.18. Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
