Working closely with the Performance Marketing, Content, and Creative teams, you will gain hands-on experience in driving the end-to-end process of developing data-driven digital ads across the three markets we are in (SG, US, AU).Responsibilities

• Assist in creating ads (simple copywriting, graphic design, and storyboarding) for key paid digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, etc)
• Support with periodic data extraction, reporting, and analysis to measure ad effectiveness and uncover creative insights for future ads
• Assist in integrating creative insights into our monthly ad strategy
• Support in periodic creative optimisations
• Assist in monitoring new consumer journey initiatives and creative tests
• Identify new creative opportunities from trends and competitors

Requirements

• Creative portfolio showcasing your copywriting, graphic design, and/or storyboarding
• Passion for digital marketing, data analysis, and content creation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Canva is a plus
• A creative, curious, and analytical mind
• A resourceful team player with a positive working attitude

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
