With our headquarters in Luxembourg and Singapore, we provide premium video ad formats utilized by esteemed publishers like Slate, Cosmopolitan, and Forbes, as well as renowned brands such as HBO, Amazon, VISA and Microsoft.

As the demand for our product continues to grow, we are seeking a talented Advertising Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore.
As an Advertising Operations Manager, you will:

• 
  Plan, implement, and monitor advertising campaigns from start to finish;
• Optimize campaign execution to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Generate weekly and end campaign reports;
• Act as the main point of contact for technical issues related to incoming campaigns;
• Ensure smooth campaign processes and timely delivery by collaborating with stakeholders;
• Keep key stakeholders including clients and account teams updated on campaign and account level performance via regular reporting and status meetings;
• Liaise with any 3rd Party vendors (Doubleverify, Toluna, XPLN) as and when the campaign requires;
• Execute additional tasks related to ad campaign management.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• 
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in Advertising Operations or a related field;
• Excellent knowledge of programmatic advertising;
• Strong proficiency in Pubmatic, Google Ad Manager, and Xandr (knowledge of other SSPs and/or DSPs is a plus);
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills in an international and multicultural environment;
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently;
• Curiosity and quick learning ability for new tools and platforms;
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail;
• An analytical mindset to optimize campaign performance;
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of Canva for some simple creative work will be a bonus.
