Own the set-up process, campaign management, and reporting for reservation and auction managed service campaigns for the Middle East region.
Monitor managed service campaign delivery to ensure campaigns reach the target audience and run smoothly.
Serve as the key point of contact and support for Client Solutions in technical client communications.
Provide input to clients on effective campaign setup including tagging, targeting, and the use of mobile app and pixel tracking technologies to meet client KPIs.
Troubleshoot, escalate and remediate technical platform issues.
Guide clients who are based in Middle East in their campaign implementation and help evaluate setup prior to campaign launch.
Create, organize and distribute product documentation.
Participate in training that prepares internal teams for new products and updates within advertisement platform.
Partner with various teams to collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve our products and services.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar discipline with at least 3+ years of advertisement operations experience on a programmatic or auction platform
Familiarity with self-serve and auction advertisement platforms
Experience helping clients execute custom campaigns centered around performance KPIs
Excellent collaboration skills
Ability to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly through proper escalation process
Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
Experience with advertisement verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT)
High attention to detail and very organized
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not mandatory (able to read and write in Arabic (ALPT certified or equivalent) to support customers based in Middle East)
Knowledge of the Middle East market is a plus but not required
