We are looking for a Advisor Operations Executive to support the processing of unit trust transfer requests and maintenance for firms and FARs in Navigator Investment Services Ltd. Key Responsibilities .Proficient in managing daily requests for unit trust transfers, from initiation of request to completion. .Timely and accurate processing of unit trust requests .Effective management and resolution of failed transfers. .Provide seamless, efficient, effective, and value-added services to front office. .Ensure adherence to established procedures, control guidelines, market regulations and compliance framework during processing. .Participate in UAT for user systems and participate in development work are identified by the department for process enhancements. .Action on mailbox enquiries .Ad hoc tasks as assigned by Line Manager. .Serve as Processor or Checker for various tasks .Account maintenance such as onboarding and updating assignment of Firms and Financial Advisors .Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the above functional activities. Requirements Experience .1-2 years relevant experience .Good knowledge and hands-on experience in transfers-related function in Unit Trust. .Meticulous with good attention to detail. .Curious mindset .Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively with various stakeholders (Front Office, Fund Houses, other financial institution counterparties, etc.). Education .Academic: Diploma holder .Professional Certification(s): NA (preferred / mandatory) .Complete Fit & Proper assessments successfully on an annual basis at minimum, or when other adjunct appointments are made.
