We listen to customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and create a personalised and seamless itinerary to fulfil customers\xe2\x80\x99 travel aspirations. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as Tours & Operations (Executive/Senior Executive).
Responsibilities
- Respond timely to customer inquiries
- Acquire adequate product knowledge and give accurate advice to customers
- Plan and create travel itineraries according to customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements, provide accurate quotation and curated travel proposal, and convert them to sales
- Organize end-to-end travel arrangement from pre-trip consultancy, sourcing, booking, preparation to on-trip support and post-trip advocacy
- Coordinate with third party land operators, service providers and agents for land arrangements and travel packages
- Assist the sales and marketing manager in developing and executing strategic partnership with land operators, service providers and agents
- Work closely with Product Development team in developing travel products and participate in relevant meetings
- Meet sales and revenue target
- Participate in company projects and ad hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum diploma holder
- At least two years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in travel agency dealing with tour operations, sales and marketing
- Proven record as tour operator, or in equivalent sales or advisor role
- Must possess adequate knowledge in Japan travel and Japanese geography
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (written & verbal) and Mandarin (verbal), demonstrated in a client facing environment
- Customer-oriented and enthusiastic with a strong passion for sales
- Diligent and well-organised
- Comfortable in a cross-cultural environment with a positive attitude
