If you can/have:
- Experience in managing one or more outlets, ensuring operational readiness at all times.
- Lead and motivate a team of Consultant and therapist to maximize sales through maintaining excellent service and retail standards to achieve customer service and sales goals
- Resourceful, service-oriented, active and hands-on and good management skills.
- Handle all refund and complain cases.
- Self-driven, highly motivated and result oriented.
- Excellent communications, interpersonal skill and customer service attitude
- Scheduling, managing and coaching the performance of the sales team.
- Ability to work independently as well as be a team leader.
- Possess good sales track record with ability to hit sales target.
- Min \xe2\x80\x9cN\xe2\x80\x9d / \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Level / Diploma in any discipline with experience
- Good business acumen with a passion for beauty/ medi-spa industry.
