The Company
Headquartered in Singapore with regional presence, this is a unique opportunity to join a SGX Listed Energy business with existing market leadership and tremendous growth potential. Due to growing business needs, we are actively recruiting for a Group Finance Manager to be based in Singapore office.

The Role
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller and managing a team, you will be responsible for group financial reporting and consolidation as well as full spectrum of accounting activities and be actively involved in various process improvement projects involving financial reporting and automation. As part of the leadership team, you will plan and execute change initiatives that enable effective management of financial operations. The key responsibilities include analysing financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate financial results and status to stakeholders on a regular basis. Active involvement in the business planning and budgeting process; administer and review all financial plans against actual results with a view to identify, explain and correct variances as appropriate. Manage cash flow and cash forecasting in partnership with Group Treasury. Primary point of contact with internal and external auditors. Ensure timely completion of audits and acting on issues and recommendations. Apply mandatory transfer pricing policies and guidelines, including providing documentation to align with the Group.

Actively reviewing and implementing measures for continuous improvement in internal controls and business processes, including the establishment of finance and administrative systems to support business operations. Last but not least, review, recommend and support continuous improvements in internal controls and business processes as well as provide support to any other ad hoc projects relating to finance.

Your Profile
To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in consolidation and financial reporting. It is essential to be familiar with SGX reporting and compliance requirements. This role requires hands-on experience in using SAP and Microsoft Excel applications. We are looking for a meticulous, analytical, technically competent Finance leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
