Job Description

This role reports to the Manager of the clinic. The trainee should be also to assist in maintaining an operating environment that assures effective, efficient, safe operation of the clinic and responds to the patients' and clinicians' needs.

Responsibilities

Perform such duties as may reasonably be requires of him/her by the Company including but not limited to sale of treatments assisting in aesthetic procedures speaking to patients, training new staff administrative duties and generally keeping the clinics operational Opening newoutlets and managing general operations Establishes adequate staff to ensure timely patient visits Establishes and maintains open and effective communication with all members of the staff Ensures established inventory standards for all supplies and equipment Problem solves effectively Maintains a safe patient and work environment Responds to and handles patient complaints Demonstrates flexibility in work schedule
