Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including front desk, consultation scheduling, treatment rooms, and inventory.

Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with MOH and other regulatory requirements.

Manage vendor relationships for medical supplies, skincare products, and equipment servicing.



2. Financial & Business Performance

Monitor and drive clinic revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency.

Prepare monthly sales, financial, and operational reports for management review.

Manage clinic budget, invoicing, and expense tracking.



3. Sales & Customer Experience

Lead the sales process, including treatment package promotion, upselling, and cross-selling.

Ensure high service standards and resolve customer complaints with professionalism.

Develop customer loyalty and referral programs to enhance client retention.



4. People Management

Lead, motivate, and coach clinic staff (doctors, therapists, nurses, front desk).

Manage staff scheduling, payroll submissions, and performance evaluations.

Recruit, train, and develop employees to deliver quality service and meet sales targets.



5. Compliance & Safety

Ensure compliance with MOH guidelines, PDPA (data protection), and health & safety standards.

Maintain accurate patient records in line with confidentiality requirements.

Conduct regular audits on hygiene, infection control, and treatment protocols.



Qualifications & Skills

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Nursing, or related field (healthcare management preferred).

At least 35 years of management experience in an aesthetic, medical, wellness, or hospitality setting.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Proven sales and business development track record.

Familiarity with MOH regulations, clinic licensing, and aesthetic procedures.

Proficient in clinic management software and MS Office.

Clinic revenue growth & profitability.

Customer satisfaction & repeat business rate.

Staff performance & retention.

Compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.

Operational efficiency (e.g., cost control, appointment utilization rate).
