first and last smile

What You'll Do

Be the

friendly face

greeting patients warmly upon arrival and ensuring they feel cared for

Handle calls, emails, and messages

fluently and professionally in

English and Mandarin

Manage appointments

accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations Assist with

patient check-ins, payments, and inquiries

with a customer-first approach

Monitor clinic supplies

and coordinate re-ordering Maintain a

tidy, welcoming front counter

at all times Support the team with

administrative tasks

(photocopying, scanning, scheduling, etc.) Help

organize monthly team meetings

and internal events

Who You Are
