Job Description

Responsibilities:

Capable in providing advice and recommendations to patients as per the clinic system Assume chaperone duties Able to achieve objectives on recommendation of products Attending to clients' inquiries, including telephone inquiries and walk in customers Responsible in appointment scheduling, confirmations and promotion announcement Responsible in registering clients and cashiering duties in sales transactions Provide assistance in retrieval, filing, updating and recording of consultation cards Provide administrative support for the operation Patient care management : handle all pre / post procedure care, registration and counselling.

Requirements:

At least 3 years working experience preferably in medical aesthetic environment. Candidates must possess CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC /WSQ qualifications or equivalent Able to converse fluently with ENGLISH and MANDARIN speaking customers Organized and efficient, good interpersonal skills, well groomed, customer-oriented and performance driven Willing to work full day on Saturdays
