Manage all operational activities and employee-related matters in the clinic. Contribute to clinic sales through the promotion of clinic treatments to clients. Assist in aesthetics procedures wherever applicable. Handle all pre/post procedures care, registration, and counselling. Prepare all the necessary equipment, tools, and consumables required in medical aesthetic procedures. Serve clientele in all aspects of treatments. Maintain order of patient cards and manage patient entries in POS. Recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments to patients. Assist in cashiering, inventory, ordering, & database management. Assist in maintaining quality service standards. * Ad hoc duties assigned by the Medical Director and/or Chief Executive Officer.
