Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations (appointments, staff schedules, cleanliness)
- Ensure excellent patient experience and handle customer inquiries or concerns
- Support doctors and therapists during busy periods
- Track inventory and order clinic supplies when needed
- Ensure compliance with MOH guidelines and clinic protocols
- Basic admin duties: patient records, invoicing, and reporting
- Assist in social media posts, promotions, and clinic events (if required)
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in the aesthetics industry
- Knowledge of MOH guidelines and clinic licensing regulations in Singapore
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in clinic management software and Microsoft Office tools
