In this Role, you'll get to

Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with publishers and affiliate networks across the APAC region. Develop tailored commercial strategies that drive performance and deliver measurable results. Analyze campaign and channel performance to generate insights, define KPIs, and create data-driven growth plans for key partners. Identify, recruit, and onboard new high-potential affiliate partners. Lead end-to-end campaign management -- from planning and execution to distribution and reporting. Continuously seek new and innovative ways to work with affiliate partners to increase efficiency and ROI. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Finance, Product, and Campaigns to develop and execute impactful initiatives. Represent Trip.com at key affiliate marketing events and meetings with publishers or network partners when needed.


What you'll Need to Succeed

Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce/digital marketing. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising, or related field preferred Experience with affiliate networks. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting and BI tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. A self-starter with a strategic approach and a passion for delivering impactful marketing results.
