It\'s fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they\'re doing!\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\x8eLead the development and execution of data-driven affiliate marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives including creating clear program guidelines, setting commission structures that incentivize desired actions (sales, leads), etcOversee the affiliate marketing budget, allocating resources across different partner types and potentially different product categories - Identify and recruit new affiliate partners and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and agencies.Develop and optimize the affiliate marketing program, including creating clear program guidelines, setting commission structures that incentivize desired actions (sales, leads)Track and analyze affiliate program performance, using data insights to identify top-performing partners, optimize program elements, and identify areas for improvementUse data-driven approaches to optimize commission structures, payouts, and incentivesCollaborate with internal teams (Sales & Marketing, growth team, legal, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of the affiliate program with other marketing initiatives and compliance with relevant regulations. - Maintain high standards for affiliate creative assets and promotional materialsManage a team of affiliate marketing specialists, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure everyone is working towards shared goals.Generate regular reports for stakeholders, clearly communicating campaign performance and ROI.Able to explain complex data in a way that is understandable for non-technical audiences.\xe2\x80\x8eRequirementsGraduated from reputable university. Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership roles - Proven track record of managing successful affiliate marketing programs and driving revenue growthStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and ExcelExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationshipsExperience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, CJ Affiliate, etc) is preferred - Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practicesStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\xe2\x80\x8eIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you\'ll enjoy your career with us!
