SUMMARY

As a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead a team to promote Company’s brand and services. You are the ‘Brand Guardian’ in maintaining the overall brand integrity across all our marketing initiatives and communications. Also, you are responsible for planning and managing the overall digital marketing strategy of In.Corp group of companies locally and overseas.


Main Duties & Responsibilities

* Analyzes corporate brand positioning, shaping and communicating our vision and mission

* Develops overall digital marketing strategy by understanding the economic indicators, tracking changes in trends, identifying customers’ needs, and monitor competition;

* Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns;

* Designs builds and maintains our corporate social media presence;

* Creates and manages promotional collateral to maintain our corporate branding

* Collaborate with teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience;

* Measures analyzes and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns;

* Manages budget and optimizes spend;

* Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies based on AI.

* Other ad-hoc duties/assignments


Requirements

* Minimum Bachelor of Marketing, Business or a related field
* At least 5 years of relevant working experience and leading the marketing team
* Proven track records in launching successful digital marketing campaigns
* Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics, CRM software, etc.
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to strive in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment requiring a high degree of flexibility whilst retaining business disciplines
* High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situation and documentations
