Reporting to the Affiliate Marketing Channel Lead, this is a global role where you will assist in day-to-day operations to help grow and achieve channel KPIs. We currently operate in 3 market, including US, AU and SG.What does the role involve?Partnership Management

• Identify and onboard affiliates that fit our organisation\'s brand identity, business direction and revenue goals.
• Own a portfolio of existing partner accounts by building a meaningful relationship with them and negotiate solutions to drive scalability of the partnership.
• Monitor the success of each account and create tailored strategies to achieve a fruitful partnership.

Day-to-day Operations

• Compile reports on traffic and revenue changes using internal data visualisation tools.
• Administer contract changes and resolve program violations through our affiliate management platform.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to provide end-to-end support for affiliate campaigns.
• Assist in program optimisation strategy through research and analysis.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for cross-functional projects or initiatives.
• Have capabilities in identifying and solving complex problems innovatively, and be proactive in finding resources and prioritization

To succeed in this role, you\'ll need:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in a marketing related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing (in the capacity of a brand), marketing partnerships, or any relevant role with a transferable skill set.
• Good understanding of the multiple aspects of how an affiliate marketing program works and its relevant terms.
• Proficiency in data interpretation, visualisation and analysis.

Other preferred qualifications:

• Proven track record in owning a budget and revenue target.
• Knowledge of how to run an affiliate program on the Impact platform.
• Experience in the marketplace or retail industry.
• Exposure to international markets, especially US and AU.
• Knowledge of how to navigate tools like Power BI and LookerStudio.
