We are seeking an experienced

Affiliate Relationship Manager

with a proven track record in managing and growing affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and crisis management skills, deep knowledge of referral/affiliate programs, and a growth-focused mindset. This role is crucial in strengthening relationships with matured affiliates.

Responsibilities:

Manage, support, and grow relationships with matured affiliate partners; ???????????affiliate??????? Regularly assess and improve affiliate performance metrics across various KPIs; ?????????affiliate????????????KPI????? Develop tailored growth strategies for high-potential partners and identify upsell opportunities; ????????????????????????????? Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Marketing) to streamline affiliate-related initiatives; ???????????????????????affiliate?????? Proactively manage partner expectations, resolve conflicts, and handle crisis communications professionally; ???????????????????????? Provide data-driven insights and performance reports to optimize affiliate contributions to the business; ?????????????????affiliate???????? Maintain comprehensive documentation and CRM tracking of affiliate engagement, feedback, and campaign performance; ????????CRM????? affiliate???????????????

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner relations, or growth marketing; 3??????????????????????? Proven success in managing affiliate or referral programs, ideally in fintech or crypto; ????????????????????????????????? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across cultures and regions; ???????????????????????????? Demonstrated crisis and relationship management experience; ????????????? Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and identify growth opportunities; ???????????????????? + Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders; ?????????????????????????????????? Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a collaborative attitude; ??????????????????????? Experience in the crypto industry or fast-paced tech environments; ??????????????????
